Withdrawals at Peso99 are processed 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Processing times vary by method – GCash and Maya withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes; bank transfers within one to two hours; card refunds within one to three banking days. Peso99 follows a same-source withdrawal policy where possible, meaning withdrawals are directed back to the payment method used for the most recent deposit.

All bets placed at Peso99 are subject to the specific rules of the betting product used – sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, or live dealer. The minimum bet across most Peso99 sportsbook markets is ₱10. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event type, and your account tier, and are displayed in the betslip before confirmation.
Once a bet is confirmed at Peso99, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Bets are binding upon confirmation. It is your responsibility to verify all selections, stakes, and odds before confirming your betslip. Peso99 is not liable for bets placed in error by the player.
Peso99 reserves the right to void or re-settle any bet where an obvious error in odds has occurred – including but not limited to palpable pricing errors that deviate materially from the true market price. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your Peso99 wallet. This policy applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled prior to the error being identified.
If an event is postponed and not rescheduled within 24 hours, all single-game bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. For parlay bets, the postponed selection will be treated as a non-runner and the parlay recalculated without it. Abandoned games or events that do not complete a sufficient number of periods may also be voided subject to the specific sport's settlement rules published at Peso99.
In-play (live) betting markets at Peso99 are suspended during certain event moments – for example, during VAR reviews in football or free throw situations in PBA. Bets placed just before a suspension may be voided if the Peso99 system determines the event triggering the suspension had already occurred at the time the bet was submitted.
Peso99 offers various bonuses and promotions including, but not limited to, a welcome deposit match bonus, reload bonuses, parlay boost bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Philippine sports events. The specific terms of each promotion – including the bonus amount, qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry – are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is active.
All Peso99 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. This means you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per offer) a set number of times before the bonus balance is converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms.
Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household, and per verified identity. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or referral of connected persons is classified as bonus abuse and will result in all associated bonuses being forfeited and accounts being suspended.
Peso99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Changes to active promotions will be communicated via the platform with reasonable notice. Peso99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion with or without prior notice, including in circumstances where: the account holder is found to have violated these Terms and Conditions; suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity is detected; the account is involved in a regulatory or law enforcement inquiry; or the account holder requests account closure.
If your Peso99 account is suspended due to a suspected violation, you will be notified by email. You may submit a formal dispute through our support channel within 30 days of the notification. Peso99 will review the dispute and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Funds in the account will remain on hold during the review period.
Players who wish to close their own Peso99 account voluntarily can do so by contacting support. Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing times.
